In today's class, the last group went on to do their presentations. Due to them being the last group, they didn't make any big mistakes but still made some minor ones. Overall the presentation was good and I could definitely tell that they had put a lot of work into the presentation and the slides.
First, the mouth speaker didn't say anything during the time that they had difficulties with the projector and screen. This would be the time that they are explaining what is going on and talk about some of the information they are going to present beforehand. In today's presentation though, it was just a time for the audience to feel uncomfortable and awkward not knowing how to react to this kind of unplanned situation. Next, at the beginning of the presentation, the mouth speaker had to go over to the computer herself multiple times to go on to the next slides. This shows a lack in practice of actually using a computer and going over the presentation. Finally, the presenters faced their bodies towards the screen when explaining what the video was about. If they had faced the audience, it would have been more professional and provide a reliance between us and the presenters.
These were some of the problems that stood out to me, and how they could improve the ways they present and get rid of these problems.
